The DOD Small Business Innovation Research Solicitation 09.1 officially opens next Monday. NSF and NIH closed this week.

The Army Research Office, bless their hearts, has released a study that blames global warming on the sun. Neat. (My tax dollars paid for this?) In case you wondered, the Sun is the object that warms and cools the Earth, so I guess it is ultimately responsible for warming.
